Alexander Tillegreen

Alexander Tillegreen is a visual artist, composer and artistic researcher.
He is currently conducting interdisciplinary artistic research in collaboration with the Max Planck Institute for Empirical Aesthetics Frankfurt am Main.
His most recent work investigates the relationship between psychoacoustic sonic phenomena and their potential to reflect and awaken the listener’s own linguistic and cultural situationality, and subconscious, psychological fluidity.
His work has recently been subject to solo exhibitions at O-Overgaden Institute for Contemporary Art in Copenhagen an at FuturDome in Milano Italy.
This autumn his first solo album will be released on the label Raster Media and next year he will be showing installations at Museum Tinguely, Basel and Kunsthalle Darmstadt.
