Mads Bech Paluszewski-Hau
Mads Bech Paluszewski-Hau (1977) is a danish sound-artist, composer, musician, performer and cultural producer. Since the mid 00’s, he has been developing a sound-palette within an electro-acoustic genre connected to his background within especially human geography and space as a culturally produced point of departure. He uses sound as a revealing media within eg. objects, locations, systems, with a strong outreach towards context, audience, situation and other immediate(d) plateaus for artistic exposure. He holds a master degree in Human geography and Performance Design and has formerly worked as an urban planner with focus on artistic and cultural strategies to engage citizen participation processes. He is currently living on Ærø, an archipelagic island in southern Denmark from where he centres his artistic production. His most recent work - MmM - an electro-acoustic sculpture and performance portraying the Marstal Motor - a legendary maritime engine - was exhibited in the fall of 2022 at the Maritime Museum of Marstal.
